Talent Acquisition Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.

Your tasks:

• Managing the entire recruitment process, from candidate selection to offering negotiations
• Collaborating with HR business partners and business leaders to understand talent acquisition challenges and long-term people needs
• Advocating for internal talent advancement opportunities and promoting talent advancement activities
• Building external talent pipelines in collaboration with our sourcing team
• Partnering with HR Operations to ensure smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers
• Driving employer branding activities and early talent programs to boost our employer brand

Your experience/knowledge:

• General understanding of succession and workforce planning
• Familiarity with applicant tracking tools
• Knowledge of the industry sector and its implications for talent acquisition processes preferred
• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Economics, Psychology, HR, or related discipline
• Language skills: English and German - fluent in written and spoken

Your soft skills:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
