Job Description

Anti-Virus Key points:

• Should have experiences on ePO, McAfee for Exchange (MSME) McAfee for SharePoint (MSMS) Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Host Intrusion Prevention (HIPS) File and Removable Media Protection (FRP) Drive Encryption (DE) Endpoint Security (ENS) VirusScan Entertprise (VSE).
• Should have experience (BAU Operation) incident resolving.
• hands-on on Trellix product ( ATP, ENSSP, TIE-DXL, FRP) which are in customer environment.

Skills Required

1. Must have strong knowledge on Basic Troubleshooting and Best Practices.
2. Hands on experience of configuring McAfee functionalities such as configuring AV scanning, DAT update exclusion policies, based on endpoint features etc.
3. Hands on experience on Application Control features, configuring dynamic/manual Whitelisting, Memory protection etc. Good experience in handling File Integrity Monitoring (FIM), defining FIM policies for read-only, read/write.
4. Roll-out of endpoints through AV management server or any software distribution tool
5. Should have complete understanding of Endpoint security centralized/distributed architecture.
6. Must have complete understanding of the endpoint solution and integrated features like (Antivirus, Anti Malware, EDR, DLP, App Control etc.)
7. Must have strong knowledge on Design, Architecture, Scalability and Requirements on AWS/Azure.
8. Must have ePO Installation and Configuration experience including its core components on AWS/Azure.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot Product related issues, functional, technical and user related issues and incidents
10. Hands on experience of device and process life cycle management of Mcafee endpoint solutions and experience in delivering services in a BAU environment aligned to ITSM processes such as change, incident, release, performance & availability, problem management etc.
11. Good understanding of Network Architecture & Design aspects
12. Ability to create BAU documentation such as SMTP, EPD, Run books and SOP's
13. Support complete administration and management of the Endpoint solution. Define capacity management plan and performance and monitoring thresholds for - Endpoint & there features in the context of customer requirement.
14. Review and analyse Service Setup metrics, including attainment of Service Setup Milestones and Service Levels.
15. Support troubleshooting of escalated incidents to closure. Lead the root cause analysis on the major incidents/problems. Lead complex changes.
