A Leading Global Organisation is looking Project Liaison Team leader to support areas of team organization, documentation control and cost allocation in SAP/WBS to ensure successful opening of the new entity in Spain.
5 Key Skills Required:
- SAP Ariba.
- SAP systems.
- Experience with data entry, compiling of files and documentation.
- Working with various document management systems.
- Spanish & English languages
5 Areas of Responsibility:
- Participate and modify the transformation of different documents in the system.
- Conduct Quality verification and ensure that the documents align with Company standards.
- Maintain, gather and log and distribute various engineering documents.
- Build and maintain document/presentation templates and distribution/contact lists.
- work closely with contractors to track and update the information regarding the approvals.
