Oracle Fusion Test Manager - 12 Month Contract (Outside IR35) - Flexible Working - Strong Rates

Hybrid working - 2 days per week on site in West Sussex

Evolve ERP.... Are working with one of our leading clients for the hire of an Oracle Fusion Test Manager for an initial 12 month daily rate contract (Outside IR35) to work on an Oracle Fusion Transformation Project.

This role will oversee all testing activities across my clients Oracle Fusion HCM & Finance Transformation Programme, supporting the effective implementation of Oracle Fusion (Cloud), replacing the current Oracle EBS. The role will be responsible for working with the Implementation Partner, Third-Party Technology Provider, key members of the Programme Team, Business and Technology SMEs and other relevant teams to define and lead all activities relating to the testing across all workstreams.

Key Skills:

• Extensive expertise in Oracle Fusion (Finance & HCM) gained through involvement in multiple full life cycle programmes.
• Wide-ranging experience in HCM and Finance processes and systems, including a deep understanding of testing best practices for finance, people (HR) and payroll implementations.
• Extensive experience of managing testing within large, complex programmes involving multiple delivery and testing suppliers/organisations and multiple, complex third-party integrations.
• Experience of testing in both Waterfall and Agile contexts.
• Experience and understanding of all types of testing, including functional testing, integration testing, data migration testing, payroll testing, performance testing, security testing, etc.
• Experience and understanding of manual and automated testing.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling the building of strong relationships with end users and senior stakeholders.
• Experience of using Microsoft Azure DevOps for test management would be an advantage.
