Xpertise are currently looking for a DevOps & Release Engineer to join a client of ours within the Music sector. You will be reporting directly to the DevOps Manager.
- Negotiable rate,
- Outside IR35/3-month rolling contract,
- x2 days per month in the London office.
DevOps Engineer - Responsibilities:
Define technical solutions and produce documentation to ensure operational efficiency and maintenance.
Provide DevOps & AWS services, challenging existing processes, and maximising tool benefits.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current and future business system needs, offering technical support and automation where possible.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, users, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and service provision.
Stay updated on best practices, emerging technologies, and share knowledge to enhance team capability and productivity.
DevOps Engineer - Requirements:
Experience working in a DevOps team.
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Platforms
Experience in creating CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in Scripting, writing structured, easily maintainable scripts & code with appropriate source control
Experience working with containerised applications (Docker & Kubernetes)
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle best practices for Client Server product architectures, focusing predominantly on cloud-based server development.
