Agile Delivery Lead/Agile Delivery Manager - Higher Education & Research domain.

My Higher Education client based in London seeks an experienced, well versed and seasoned professional Agile Delivery Lead/Agile Delivery Manager.

MAIN FOCUS HERE IS YOU MUST HAVE EITHER WORKED IN RESEARCH OPR HIGHER EDUCATION DOMAIN IN THE PRESENT PAST.

ROLE IS INSIDE IR35 PAYING £600-£625/DAY MAX INSIDE IR35. 2 DAYS PER WEEK ONSITE LONDON.

Main attributes for the Agile Delivery Lead/Agile Delivery Manager are: 

• Strong problem ownership and delivery focus
  
• Communicating clearly verbally and in writing
  
• Assertive, influential and able to work with senior stakeholders
  
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  
• Proven track record working in Research domain or Higher Education domain
• Working within the Research and innovation team setting up new Research Awards
• Experience with policy work including developing the policy themselves, agreements, and policies regarding changes to systems
• Very process heavy role
• Any experience with Lean Six Sigma would be an advantage - but doesn't need to be an expert
• The role will involve Project Management work across multiple projects, looking for someone with good coordination experience and strong communication
• Stakeholder management is very important
• Ideally someone who has worked in higher education/research and innovation as the work is very specific.
