Scan & Prep Operator - Inside IR35 Contract - Birmingham (Onsite)

We are looking for skilled Scan & Prep Operators to support the successful delivery of customer projects and contracts, to deadline, SLA, compliance and quality requirements.

Your responsibilities as the Scan & Prep Operator:

• Taking receipt of customer document originals from third parties.
• Ensuring that received customer document originals are recorded in the Tracking system.
• Process customer hard-copy documents through the scanners.
• Ensure that customer document originals are reconstructed post-scanning to the same structure as received.
• Where original binding cannot be replicated, ensure the customer document original is reconstituted to a suitable alternative format.
• Accurately file name and index scanned documents.

To be a successful Scan & Prep Operator, you will need a pro-active, organised and well-structured approach, taking ownership of tasks and duties in the scope of the role.
