Working arrangements: Hybrid, 1x a week in office (this is not mandatory)

Salary: up to £55,000 per annum

Reports to: IT Director

We have an amazing opportunity with a leading global professional membership organisation and UK registered charity who are going through an exciting period of change and transformation.

The organisation has a rich history of working in the public interest and have a goal of modernising the organisation through Digital Transformation (CRM and Learning Management Systems) and Change (values, behaviours and ways of working).

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and articulate business needs.
  • Utilise process modelling tools such as MS Visio or Miro to map existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop efficient workflows.
  • Lead workshops to elicit requirements from stakeholders and convert them into user stories, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating requirements and facilitating collaboration to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to develop compelling business cases, supported by quality visual reporting, to drive decision-making and prioritise initiatives.
  • Apply agile methodologies to project delivery, working closely with product owners, process owners, and technology roles to ensure timely and successful implementation.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Membership or Not-for-Profit (NFP) organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience in a mix of projects and programs including Business Change, encompassing both business and technical domains.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to operate across teams with various priorities and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects adhering to logistics, timescales and deadlines.
  • Ability to work both proactively, independently and as part of a team.
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience with CRM, LMS, Finance system workflows and Power Apps
