SAP HR Solution Architect - remote (Contract)

Global Enterprise Partners is currently on the lookout for a SAP HR and SuccessFactors Solution Architect for a thrilling mission for 6 months with the possibility of an extension.

Requirements and responsibilities:

  • Lead the documentation process for the current SAP monitoring solution, technical architecture, and operational processes, ensuring comprehensive as-is documentation.
  • Solution Design Leadership: Utilize your deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR/PY, and SAP CATS to analyse business processes and develop solution designs and architecture patterns for end-to-end time management processes.
  • Document end-to-end solutions and architecture models while effectively managing external vendors for successful delivery and design-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of system changes, ensuring alignment with both business and IT objectives. Drive common approaches and deliver agile and reusable solutions.
  • Engage and manage key stakeholders and customers, providing regular progress reports to senior steering committee members through change boards and design forums.
  • Drive third-party vendors towards successful delivery of SuccessFactors enhancements and other initiatives.
  • Work closely with selected implementation partners to design future end-to-end solutions, validating proposals and ensuring alignment with overall solution architecture and principles.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the solution through leading practices, enabling a strong foundation for future releases in alignment with SAP's roadmap.
  • Proven experience as an SAP HR and SuccessFactors Solution Architect with 7+ global full life cycle implementations.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in solution design and configuration of SAP HCM ERP 6.0 Time Management, SAP CATS Timesheet configuration, and SuccessFactors Time Management.
  • Integration Skills: Strong understanding of modern integration tools and API architecture models, including exposure to system integrations between SuccessFactors and Payroll Service Provider Solution
  • Innovation Drive: Passion for driving innovation leveraging automations/capabilities in SuccessFactors and wider landscapes to improve process efficiency.
  • Associate Certified in SAP HCM with ERP 6.0 (must-have), SF Employee Central and Time Management Associate Certified (must-have), SF EC Payroll Associate Certified (nice to have), SAP CPI or other certifications in BTP Platform (nice to have).
