Summary:

IMC hires professionals that work on behalf of Verizon Wireless to review customer accounts and match the best products and services to the Verizon Customer. Attain or exceed weekly sales goals. Additional functions may include resolving customer inquiries, upgrading products and services for Verizon.

Responsibilities:

Duties may include, but not limited to the following:
Attend two week paid orientation and training to learn Verizon billing systems and all the great Verizon products and services available for customers.
Make and Take Sales and Customer service calls on behalf of Verizon customers.
Review customer telecommunications plans including data, voice, texting, phone and related services.
Operate a computer with multiple systems and applications to establish, update, and/or retrieve customer service data.
Meet or exceed IMC's corporate sales objectives through interviewing and identifying customer needs to proactively offer the best Verizon telecommunications products and services available.
Promote a positive corporate image and customer perception of IMC and Verizon and maintain a high level of customer service on all customer contacts.
This includes but is not limited to effectively managing concerns of customers who may appear to be dissatisfied.
To be on time for scheduled hours, return from breaks and lunches and adhere to drug free environment.
Adhere to requirements to maintain minimum sales requirements, productivity and quality results.
