Job Description

Join a dynamic Trial and Litigation Practice Group, focusing on eminent domain cases.
Engage in all aspects of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
Represent public and private clients in land acquisition for large infrastructure projects (eg, transit systems, stadiums).
Conduct legal research, draft motions, and develop trial strategies.
Participate in depositions, witness interviews, and evidence gathering.

Qualifications: Qualifications

4-7 years of litigation experience (eminent domain or real estate/real property experience preferred).
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Proven experience with law and motion practice, including dispositive motions.
Ability to build a case for trial, including discovery, depositions, and witness interviews.
Licensed to practice law in California.
