Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Programs Manager who knows how to develop an engaging event experience that succinctly demonstrates how our technology will deliver business value and solve customer pain points. You will be the glue between the Tech Experience teams, TFB Marketing, Senior Leadership (SLT) speakers and attendees, Sales and our customers. You need to be a strong collaborator with a "can do" attitude, the highest standard of excellence, and a sense of urgency to ensure outstanding customer service. You must be able to think and act strategically while having the ability to execute necessary operational and technical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience that will help you be most successful:
  • 5+ years as an Executive Briefing program manager OR in a field sales or marketing role working directly with customer meetings OR in managing executive corporate programs. Customer-facing experience preferably in the high-tech industry.
  • Must have ability to interface effectively with executive-level customer audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate business and technical concepts at a high level.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple events concurrently
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and effectively coordinate work among cross functional teams.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills required.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plan to drive interest and demand for the Tech Experience Center, Truck, Retail and future venue.
  • Own and evolve the event briefing strategy to increase participation and customer activations. Experiment with formats, topics, locations, etc. Brainstorm and evangelize creative ways to use our assets to drive business opportunity.
  • Personally, own and create thorough, polished briefing documents for SLT and senior execs to raise visibility of customer visits and fully prepare attendees, planned and drop-ins.
  • Drive the briefing development including pre- and post-briefing program documents and meetings, personalized briefing agenda, attendee communications, speaker management, presentation decks, lab experiences, branded items, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with sales team to design a personalized briefing that achieves business objectives and meets the customer needs as well as exceeds their expectations.
  • Develop scalable processes to evaluate, intake, and schedule briefing requests. Manage and proactively communicate calendar of events to all stakeholders.
  • Coach speakers and subject matter experts to insure relevant content.
  • Collaborate with demo team on appropriate technology examples and demos.
  • Manage annual budget for the event briefings.
  • Utilize customer and team feedback to deliver continuous improvement and operational excellence to all aspects of the events.
  • Measure and report results on a regular cadence to show briefing center success from a sales pipeline perspective and overall event budgeting and expense tracking
  • Evangelize the value of the briefing events to sales teams; describe the role in the sales cycle and explain engagement rules.
