This is a Direct Hire position. My client, is a a well-known International Corporation based in the Chicagoland area. They strongly believe in internal growth and due to promotion and are looking for a true business analyst - process improvement analyst to work with their financials team on various needs and wants. The client had recently gone through an EOne 9.2 upgrade and with all the new offerings JDE has to offer, the accounting department is looking for new ways in which JDE will help them do their work. Here is a company who's users already have the "buy-in' now they need the right candidate to help them move technology forward. Requirements for this position include:
Bachelor's degree
CPA is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience working with the Financial (F/A, A/P, A/R, G/L) Module/Applications of the Oracle - JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.x
Strong business process knowledge of the Financial functional area.
Ideal candidate would have come up through the Accounting side of the business then moved into systems
At least three full implementations/upgrade experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, coordination, facilitation, consultation and conflict resolution skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Understands JDE integration methodology and ability to understand and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Broad, in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including industry best practices and trends

Typical duties for this position would include:
Provide support for the integration of JDEdwards EnterpriseOne 9.x
Continuously gains an understanding of the customers' operations and how systems are used in support of their operations, transferring knowledge to users, programmers and IT support personnel.
Able to work with these users in business process improvements
Stay abreast of new JDE releases and applications and present opportunities for improvement to the business units.
Determine functional requirements and recommends workable JDE solutions to management and staff.
Develop new, or modifies existing software solutions to satisfy ongoing company business needs.
