OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

Our newest client, a truly remarkable and ground breaking organization, is partnering with TeamBradley to add a Service Manager to their growing company.They are committed to supporting effective institutions and creative individuals who support the greater good of man kind. This role will manage support staff while delivering exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure customer and delivery satisfaction surpass service agreements.
  • Design and define service operations.
  • Evaluate and align effective operational performances.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand and integrate business needs.
  • Cultivate and employ Change Management processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of service desk, end user support and/or operations management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing operations and/or service desk.
  • 2+ years of vendor management experience.
  • Implementation and support of Office 365 and other SAAS products.
  • Strong knowledge of service management and ITIL methodologies.
  • Experience developing operations to deliver high level customer service.
  • Experience optimizing and implementing operational processes.
  • Preferred: Global organization experience, Agile experience and ITIL certification.
