Title: Certified CT Technologist - OH

Location: Highland Heights, OH

Rate: $23.83 - $41.23/hr on w2 without benefits

Duration: 9 months (with possible extension)

Description:

  • The workers will start off on first shift for the first two to three months for training, after that it is variable shifts and days including weekends, similar to the hospital environment
  • Validation runs 24 hours a day-7 days a week during active testing.
  • This is a contract position is for a certified CT Technologist to perform clinical validation testing on state-of-the-art Computed Tomography imaging systems and provide support to the validation staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • System clinical use and workflow testing
  • Troubleshooting system issues and entering problem reports in the defect tracking system
  • Providing validation status updates to the Validation Lead
  • Using good documentation practices in an FDA-regulated environment
  • Tracking and management of validation data

Qualifications:

  • Radiologic Technologist with CT Certification (REQUIRED)
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant CT clinical experience (general scanning, cardiac, CT angiography, interventional, perfusion)

Competencies:

  • Work experience with Philips CT scanners and workstations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong written, oral, & interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work and contribute in a team environment
  • General troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills

Additional nice-to-have competency areas:

  • Defect tracking tools (eg ClearQuest)
  • Understanding Medical regulations (eg FDA 21 CFR Part 820, MDD, etc.)
