Geauga Savings Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager.

This position is responsible for actively managing the branch staff and overall branch operations. The qualified candidate must possess a minimum of one year previous experience as a branch customer service supervisor, background in financial institution operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal), employee development, public relations, the ability to supervise, monitor and evaluate the work of others.


  • Provides direct management for branch staff under the direction of Branch Manager.

  • Manages overall branch office operations.

  • Ability to multi-task, be motivated and deadline driven.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.

  • Ability to delegate, coach and motivate staff.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with computers and programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
