An innovative company at the forefront of the aerospace industry, located in Brize Norton is actively seeking a Technical Records Administrator to join its engineering team. The company is globally recognized for its innovation and contributions to the aviation industry.
You will coordinate with the Technical Records Coordinator to prioritize tasks and ensure compliance with Regulatory Articles and Atlas processes: managing paperwork distribution, audits, documentation checks, and data compilation for efficient workflow and regulatory adherence.
The Technical Records Administrator is responsible for:
- Coordinating with the Technical Records Coordinator on their daily priorities.
- Adhering to all relevant Regulatory Articles (RAs) and Atlas procedures.
- Gathering, organizing, and distributing paperwork to relevant personnel in the Technical Support and CAW Management departments for review.
- Conducting daily and monthly audits of all MDS transactions performed by Pt 145, initiating WORs for corrections and reporting errors.
- Performing a thorough check of the Technical Logbook to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
- Verifying the presence and accuracy of all blank documents in Documents Packs prepared for offsite activities.
- Digitally scanning, filing, and archiving documentation in accordance with Atlas procedures.
- Compiling requested data for the Military Airworthiness Review (MAR) team to support the annual audit.
- Posting approved Engineering Documentation on the F Drive for accessibility by relevant departments.
