My client is seeking a dynamic CDP Tech Lead to spearhead the technical development and strategic implementation of our cutting-edge Customer Data Platform. This pivotal role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to create a robust, scalable, and efficient CDP system tailored to enhance our business operations and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive Technical Excellence: Guide and mentor a talented team through the development and enhancement of our CDP. Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating emerging technologies and best practices in data management.
• Architect and Design: Construct a foundational CDP architecture that integrates seamlessly with existing systems while meeting our scalability and performance benchmarks.
• Lead Development: Oversee coding, testing, and deployment efforts, ensuring high standards of quality and functionality.
• Foster Integration: Develop and maintain high-quality data workflows from various sources, enhancing data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Optimize System Performance: Monitor system performance continually; identify and resolve bottlenecks for enhanced data processing and retrieval speeds.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work alongside marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align the CDP with business needs, fostering a culture of innovation.

Skillset

• Experienced in designing and implementing Customer Data Platforms or equivalent systems.
• Proficient in programming with Python, Java, or Scala, and familiar with ETL processes and database technologies.
• Well-versed in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and big data technologies.
• A superb leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
