3rd Line M365 Support Analyst (Non-Messaging)

We are seeking a Contract M365 Support Analyst (Non-Messaging) to work with our client's 3rd line support team. The remit of this team is global and extends to all aspects of 3rd line support relating to the infrastructure and services, independent of location.

In this role, you will provide 3rd line support for the timely resolution of incidents and problems, maintain, and optimise applications and infrastructure and bring new releases into production.

Our client has a dedicated Messaging support team so the emphasis is on support of the rest of the M365 suite.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • At least 3 years 3rd line support experience in an Enterprise level environment.
  • Administration and support of M365 Suite: Office 365, MS Teams; OneDrive; SharePoint Online
  • Reviewing, reporting, and actioning M365 service alerts relevant to the team
  • Microsoft Office add-in configuration & support
  • Management of Service Desk tickets, meeting defined SLAs and KPIs

In addition, experience or knowledge in some of the following would be highly beneficial.

  • M365 Backup Solutions example AvePoint
  • Document tools - Adobe Acrobat suite; Litera suite; Templafy
  • Knowledge of Azure, Intune, Entra AD, Group assignment
  • Windows 11 & Windows 10 knowledge
  • Apple IOS knowledge for mobile support of the M365
