As a Problem Manager in the banking sector, you will play a critical role in identifying, managing, and resolving incidents and problems that impact the bank's operations and customer experience. You will work closely with various teams across the organization to implement effective solutions and preventive measures to minimize disruptions and optimize processes.

Responsibilities:

Incident and Problem Management:

  • Lead the identification, investigation, and resolution of incidents and problems related to banking operations, IT systems, and customer services.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to understand the underlying issues and develop appropriate remediation plans.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of problems and minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement incident and problem management processes in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
