Web Platform Manager (Permanent)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £58k - 60k per year + 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
 

Digital Platform Manager. Charity/Not for profit

We're currently looking for a Digital Platform Manager for a leading and well established UK charity. The role will preside over Digital (Website/CMS) & CRM however there is a lot of scope for growth within this role to take on more responsibility across the organisation. The role will sit within the centralized team but will also work closely with the federated team of over 120 separately run units.

Location: East London (Circa 2 days a week in the office)

Salary: Circa £60,000 + 25 Holidays + 8 Bank Holiday Days % wellbeing days | Benefits/flexible working hours (4 or 5 days a week)

Team reports: 6 (Digital & CRM)

Overview of responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of key web services (CMS and CRM)
  • Lead the digital and CRM platform team's backlog delivery process using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira to work in collaboration with 3rd party development partners.
  • Lead weekly standups, backlog refinement, prioritisation and project call for digital projects and products.
  • Oversee the planning, delivery, and testing of monthly continuous enhancement sprints and bi-monthly support releases.
  • Work on a range of digital projects, such as the online community, marketplace and the website.
  • Work closely with the technology team and partners to ensure secure and high-performing website infrastructure is maintained
  • Work with digital marketing teams

Experience required:

  • Technical background
  • Experience working in not for profit
  • Experience working with CMS (Ideally Umbraco or other similar)
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies
  • Experience managing 3rd party Agencies/vendors

Nice to have (Not required):

  • CRM - Dynamics 365
  • Umbraco
