We have a terrific opportunity for an experienced Lead Technical Business Analyst, who can ensure technical requirements and associated solutions meet business requirements. Providing key insights and direction for technical project delivery.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of technical Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative culture.

Key priorities include:

• Develop and evolving methodologies and frameworks for requirements gathering and technical project delivery
• Enhance stakeholder engagement strategies
• Ensuring harmonious integration of new technologies and solutions into existing systems and processes.

You'll have significant experience gained in technical business Analysis field in addition to developing, managing and mentoring technical BA's.

Candidates need to be able to commute to the North of England, typically a few days per week.
