We are actively looking to secure an Incident Manager to join Experis.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Incident Management: Lead the incident management process, ensuring that all incidents are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.

Incident Process Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge and expertise in incident management processes to effectively manage incidents and minimize service disruption.

Backlog Management: Support the delivery of the existing backlog, prioritizing incidents based on their impact and urgency.

Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on incident status and progress.

Problem Escalation: Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate teams or individuals, ensuring that they have all the information they need to resolve the issue.

Service Improvement: Identify trends and patterns in incidents to drive service improvement initiatives.

Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor staff in incident management best practices, enhancing their skills and capabilities.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on incident management performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Compliance: Ensure all incident management activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high level of service is maintained at all times.
