Description:
- Develop and execute service strategies in line with organizational objectives, drawing from ITIL best practices.
- Design and refine IT services to meet internal stakeholder needs while complying with industry standards and regulations.
- Smoothly transition new or updated services into production, minimizing disruptions and ensuring seamless implementation.
- Oversee daily IT service operations, maintaining service levels and resolving incidents promptly.
- Spearhead continuous improvement efforts to boost the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of IT services and workflows.
- Define, monitor, and report on service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure service performance surpasses customer expectations.
- Implement robust change management processes to mitigate service disruptions and uphold regulatory compliance.
- Lead incident management, including identification, prioritization, resolution, and communication to mitigate impacts on business operations.
- Proactively address root causes of recurring incidents to enhance service reliability and prevent future disruptions.
- Supervise service desk operations to streamline the logging, prioritization, and resolution of service requests and incidents.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure contractual obligations and service level agreements are met.
- Foster clear communication with internal stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and business units, to ensure alignment and transparency regarding service delivery and performance.
