Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a backup for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), ensuring data is accurately recorded and maintained.
Verify the successful completion of maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with work orders, planned vs. actual hours, tools, materials, and safety requirements.
Record and track completed work orders, identifying opportunities for improvements or necessary changes.
Monitor and report work order status and planned start dates, ensuring timely execution.
Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance (PMs), and project-related tasks.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and documentation.
Qualifications: Requirements:
3-5 years of manufacturing plant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
High School Diploma or GED required.
