Job Summary

ECHOIX Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related disorders. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism and related disorders
Deliver ABA therapy sessions in a clinic, home, or school setting, focusing on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social skills development
Utilize behavior analysis techniques and tools to collect and record data on client progress
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and treatment team members to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate records and reports, including session notes, data collection sheets, and billing information
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RBT certification

Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 1 year of experience working with children with autism or related disorders, preferably in a clinical or educational setting
Certification: RBT certification required; BCBA or BCaBA certification a plus
Availability: Must be available to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
