Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Estimating Assistant will be to:
- Qualify Trade Partner proposals
- Update Excel bidding templates for preparation
- Prepare agendas and collate handouts for PRM, Job Start and Bid Review Meetings
- Prepare documents required for proposal responses to our clients
- Uploading information from one computer software system to another
- Add and update Trade Partner contact information
- Collect Trade Partner data required for prequalification's and vendor set up.

The Successful Applicant
The Estimating Assistant should have:
- High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred
- 2+ years of prior administrative experience at a general contractor, demonstrating superior
- Experience working with takeoffs and drawings
- Must possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Procore
- Experience working with payment waivers, change orders, ability to code pay applications
