My client is one of Boston's top Mechanical Contractors, serving the Greater Boston area for 80 years while partnering on high-profile and complex projects within the Labs/Life Sciences, Healthcare, Academic, Corporate and Multifamily Residential market sectors.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Support project team
• Managing and documenting project schedules, change-orders, submittals, budgets, and submit RFI's for approval
• Oversee maintenance of contract documents for field operations
• Oversee project activities under the supervision from a project manager
• Attend project meetings onsite and in the office
• Oversee with project close-out documentation
• Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers
• Provide in-person support at job sites as required
• Support client relationships

The ideal Project Manager will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related preferred
• 3-7+ years of experience (managing own projects start to finish)
• Experience managing Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection and/or Plumbing
• Project experience within Healthcare, Life Sciences, Academic and/or Commercial markets
• Proven track record of success
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
